About
For more than 25 years I have been involved with the design of digital experiences for sole propretiors to a Fortune 5 company, and everything in between.
My design guidance for customer digital experiences have served hundreds of millions of users, generated billions of dollars in revenue, exceeded industry benchmarks, and delivered positive ROIs. Colleague solutions have increased efficiency, saved tens of millions of dollars, and strengthened client relations.
Central to my approach is forming partnerships that foster cross-functional collaborative leadership, empower teams to thrive, build stakeholder trust and alignment, and drive measurable results for both users and business.
Fun fact: I hold degrees in Economics and began my professional life as an economist, so I love how user data can inform user experiences. As a colleague once noted “Working with data is one of your superpowers.” ![]()
Outside of work I enjoy playing tennis, hiking, kayaking, listening to music, watching movies and sports, reading, and bread baking.
